A visit to the Farm

On a hill facing the blue water of the Sea of Galilee there is Vered HaGalil Guest Farm (meaning: "Rose of Galilee") which spreads over 30 acres of nature, orchards and spectacular views

Vered HaGalil Guest Farm offers an abundance of activities which combine the beauty of the landscape, good, rich food, spectacular nature, a horse ranch and 31 charming guest houses. The main attraction of this place is the beautiful guest houses, which are made of pine wood and local basalt field stones that are scattered around the farm. Each highly comfortable and intimate guest house is unique in its design. Common to all of them are the Sea of Galilee’s picturesque view and their high standards. In these romantic wooden cabins one can find a Jacuzzi, a sitting area and an exit to a private garden balcony. In the spacious cottage apartments there is a beautiful bedroom and a spacious living room. The studio apartment offers a single elegant space with a large double Jacuzzi facing the beautiful view. The charming suites in this guest farm are also made of wood and bare basalt stone. In the spacious bedroom there is a Jacuzzi and in the living room a wood fireplace for the winter nights. There is also a reading area built into the cabin’s wall and facing the window and a private wood balcony which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the whole of the Sea of Galilee.
At the entrance to this great complex, covered in rich vegetation, and inside a structure made of wood and the local basalt stone- that looks like it was taken directly out of an American Western movie- there is the Vered HaGalil’s Restaurant. This kosher restaurant, serves typical American dishes and juicy meats with a special Galilee flavor. In the winter, a wood fireplace warms it. Outside the restaurant facing the riding range the local horses pace, giving this place a unique pastoral feeling. Going down a natural path one arrives at an area surrounded with stones which holds a new and wide swimming pool which faces the Sea of Galilee.
The visitors to this place can enjoy horseback and bicycle rides and ATV and Jeep drives; a visit to the neighboring "Beit HaGalil” church (meaning: "House of Galilee”) on the top of the religiously and historically significant Mount of Beatitudes, where it is believed that Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount; or a tour of the charming village paths with its orchards and hammocks, and everything is in view of the glimmering blue water of the Sea of Galilee.
The Farm’s Spa is situated in a charming green corner of the Farm which offers maximal relaxation. After a soothing massage, the guests can go into a big Jacuzzi at the heart of nature under the sky.
