Olas is an excellent restaurant which is located on the Rishon LeZion promenade in front of the blue sea. Olas is meticulously decorated in a modern style, within a large space which surprisingly manages to keep a warm and intimate dining atmosphere. Olas specializes in wonderful Italian-Spanish style tapas dishes with authentic local touches, delicious meat dishes and pampering breakfasts. Among the recommended dishes are: beef carpaccio delicately seasoned with green olive oil and parmesan with bruschetta; elaborate sandwiches with romantic names such as the "blue lake”, "Caribbean cruise” or "the surfboards are coming”. Olas’ menu includes many wonderful Italian dishes in various sauces: Mediterranean penne pasta, penne shrimps, parmesan and ricotta ravioli or meat and goat cheeses lasagna. Among the main courses are recommended the restaurant’s hamburger, grilled aged entrecote steak or herbs and lemon marinated grilled chicken.
The fish also get special attention at Olas, such as the salmon fillet in Japanese panko. There are also delicious dishes at Olas that are especially made for children. You must not miss out on Olas’ legendary chocolate hedgehog, café opera, or the Olas’ pyramid which is an ice-cream cake that melts in one’s mouth in delightful flavors.
