The first courses at Vered HaGalil Restaurant are delicious and appetizing, whether it is the gravadlax– house-cured salmon with cucumbers salad in dill, or the tomato tarte tatin with the Galilee style pesto. From here one continues to the delicious and satisfying main courses, among which it is especially worth mentioning the aged and grilled 300 grams entrecote steak, a whole fish in the oven or veal cannelloni in tomato sauce. And next to all these dishes are served home baked bread with Galilee olive oil and bitter olives.
