Bethlehem of Galilee is one of the more picturesque places in the area of the valleys and perhaps even in the whole of Israel and it is where a Templer Colony was established in 1906 in the heart of a gall oak forest. Bethlehem of Galilee is already mentioned in the Book of Joshua, but the Templers are those who turned it into a place of a prominent European atmosphere, with its elegant stone houses, the impressive tile roofs and the wide main street into which everything flows. Here, at the edge of the Jezreel Valley, one can find today Zimmers, a unique Visitors Center, restaurants and cafés, small shops, art galleries and a large herbs farm rich in scents. While here, it is recommended to visit the historic Beit HaAm (The House of the People) which is located at the center of Bethlehem of Galilee and the impressive round water tower at the top of which is a water pool.
