Gardens and Parks in Haifa

Hecht Park spreads over 75 dunams and is considered to be the biggest green lung of the city of Haifa. This park, which was founded in 2008, is located between the entrance road into the city of Haifa from the South and the train’s railway, parallel to the beach. This spark includes a promenade, wide lawns, sports, amusement and adventure facilities, such as an omega (a flying fox, a cable mechanism down which people slide), rope climbing, a multi-purpose sports field and many walking trails overlooking the sea. This park is crossed by two canyons, which are crossed over themselves by the park’s main path’s bridges.
