The Golan Magic Visitor Center, located about 2 kilometers east of Katzrin, is dedicated entirely to the Golan Heights, Israel’s north-eastern region. The huge complex, the purpose of which is to enrich our knowledge of the Golan, offers its visitors impressive multimedia displays: a film about the tourism in the area that is shown on 180 degrees screen and employs all of the five senses (every round hour) and a very impressive model of the Golan Heights that is accompanied by an audio-visual display with smart lighting and numerous effects, presenting the fascinating history, geography and geology of the Golan Heights. In this complex you can also find the Golan Brewery, which uses in its production process the water of the springs in the area. The complex also includes a meat restaurant, a dairy restaurant and a shop that sells the best of the Golan’s products.
