One of the most recommended museums in the Galilee region, which includes an exhibitions wing and a youth wing (which suits adults as well). The changing photography exhibits provide a stage for established and known photographers from Israel and from around the world, and for the graduates of the photography school who are invited to exhibit their works here once a year in a special exhibition which is dedicated only to them. The youth wing presents a permanent exhibit which illustrates with drawings, pictures and interactive tools the development of photography since its first days. In addition, one can also find here a collection of more than a hundred old cameras: from 19th century cameras to tiny spy cameras. At times there are workshops for children and youth offered here, which include experiencing a dark room, taking photographs with a pinhole camera, building a camera and more. It is worthwhile to find out in advance about the changing exhibitions. The museum is located between the city of Kiryat Shmona and the town of Metula, near the Tel-Hai College.
