Nahal HaBesor (The Besor Stream) is one of the largest and most impressive streams in Israel. Along the stream is thick and varied stream vegetation and above it is Tel Sharuhen (Sharuhen Mound), an archeological site which was a part of a chain of settlements along Nahal HaBesor (The Besor Stream) and was inhabited since the Bronze Age and until the Roman period. Nahal HaBesor (The Besor Stream) is crossed by an 80 meters long hanging rope bridge, the only one of its kind in Israel, which provides the travelers with a unique experience. Near the northern entrance of Nahal HaBesor (The Besor Stream) is the Eshkol Park, which is also known as HaBesor National Park, and includes lawns and an artificial lake.
