As a perennial stream, Nahal Tavor (Tavor Stream) is a popular place to visit throughout the year. It receives its "high rating” due to the springs that flow next to it, its small waterfalls and water reservoirs, its abundant stream flora and the diversity of its fauna (including deer). And if you arrive here during the spring, you will be witnessing full views of diverse and colorful blossoms on the slopes of Mount Tavor. The undisputed ruler of the local blossom is the lupine, which dots the area in a blue-purple color. The length of the Tavor Stream trail is about 8 kilometers and it lasts about three or four leisurely hours (assuming that you have a second vehicle waiting for you at its end, as this is not a circular route). A most enjoyable experience in this trail is the walk in the impressive basalt canyon, which stretches along a little over a kilometer. Arrival through Kibbutz Gazit which is on road number 7276.
