Beit HaGefen Art Gallery

During the annual festival "The Holiday of Holidays”, which takes place in December in Wadi Nisnas in Haifa and is dedicated to the three major religions, Beit HaGefen Art Gallery gets many visitors. But also on other days of the year this place is very much active. Beit HaGefen Art Gallery is a Jewish-Arab Center which was founded in 1963 in order to create a supporting atmosphere of co-existence and a social and cultural meeting place for Jews and Arabs. Among other things, Beit HaGefen Art Gallery offers a Visitors Center, an Arab Theater, Children’s Cultural Center, a Library and activities such as courses and, of course, an Art Gallery. As befitting the spirit of the place, the Beit HaGefen Art Gallery exhibits artworks, by Jewish and Arab artists.
